I work for the Northwest Tri-County Intermediate Unit in Edinboro, PA. As an IU, and not a school district, we have challenges when using eSchool Plus, because we aren't typical. Can you tell me how I can subsribe to feeds that only apply to eSchool Plus?

My name is Serena Bishop. I am one of the Senior Application Support Analysts on our ERP Team at Muscogee County School District in Columbus, GA.
I am looking forward to being able to access the Contact Support feature of this new Community. At this time I get Access Denied. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Welcome to the community. Can you tell me what button is giving you the access denied error? I am guessing that you are going to have to contact your PowerSchool Technical Support Engineer to get this resolved.

I am the Director of Technology at Tallassee City Schools in Tallassee Alabama. I have been in this position for 12 years. Tallassee City Schools is a small District with 3 schools (High School, Middle School and a Middle School) we have 1,800 students. We are 1-to-1 K-12 with iPads. I was previous employeed at Troy University for 8 years. Prior to Troy I worked for the Dept. of Defense as an independent contractor for 11 years.
My name is Solange and I am the new(ish) Customer Support Specialist for eFinance for Willamette ESD in Salem, Oregon. We currently serve 27 districts in the state of Oregon. Although, I've been using the purchasing module for over 10 years, the support specialist part for all of eFinance is faily brand new to me as I started this job in January. I'm trying to learn as much as possible to be able to provide the best support possible to our districts.
