I have been applying to jobs using talent-ed hire for the last few weeks. I have applied to 15 plus jobs and have had no problem transferring my account until today. Now today for some reason it will not transfer my account and I have tried with multiple different school districts. I know I am using the correct email and password. I get the message: No profile found with the provided information. Please try again or try searching another state.
I have read other forums on this issue and nothing has worked. I need this issue resolved so that I can continue using the same email and account for all my job applications.
The transfer account option available on the Hire applicant page attempts to transfer information from your existing Hire applicant account in one district to another. However, it does not guarantee a successful transfer due to various reasons.
