Transferring accounts

I have been applying to jobs using talent-ed hire for the last few weeks. I have applied to 15 plus jobs and have had no problem transferring my account until today. Now today for some reason it will not transfer my account and I have tried with multiple different school districts. I know I am using the correct email and password. I get the message: No profile found with the provided information. Please try again or try searching another state.

 

I have read other forums on this issue and nothing has worked. I need this issue resolved so that I can continue using the same email and account for all my job applications.

Hi! @Lamoyer1,

 

The transfer account option available on the Hire applicant page attempts to transfer information from your existing Hire applicant account in one district to another.  However, it does not guarantee a successful transfer due to various reasons.

 

If none of the troubleshooting steps worked, I recommend reaching out to our Unified Talent Applicant Support team who should be able to look at your account to find a reason why the information might not be transferred to another district's database, you can create a case with the support team using this direct link.
