I have followed the steps to transfer my application when applying at different districts. It worked one time, but now it gives me an error and says: "No profile found with the provided information. Please try again or try searching another state." I am sure that I have entered the correct e-mail, password and state. I even started over with another school district to see if I could transfer after re-doing all the information. Same error message keeps occuring. How can I get some help so my application can transfer?
The transfer account option available on the Hire applicant page attempts to transfer information from your existing Hire applicant account in one district to another. It does not guarantee a successful transfer due to various reasons.
