SchoolSpring Reference letter

Hello, 

My supervisor recently sent a reference letter to my schoolspring accout after I sent him a link through email.  Somehow it isnt showing up.  It still says request sent where the reference letter should be.  I am curious to why the letter my supervisor said he sent is not there.  Thank you.
