When we forward a printable application or just view an application, the voluntary info shows up. Is this something that should be removed and only HR folks should see? Thanks
The display of voluntary info would be dependent on your district's need on what your users should or should not see when viewing applications. If you would like to change these settings, navigate to Configure --> Application Types --> Global Security Settings --> Edit for the page that has the voluntary info --> Edit Security for the needed fields --> you can specify which security groups or specific users should be allowed to see it --> and click Save.
