I currently have 2 profiles showing under my name, as well as my information somehow getting transferred to my husbands profile. I need to consolidate these profiles to one profile and I don't know how to go about that because the original won't let me sign in. Please help.
We are happy to help you with multiple profiles. If you are not able to sign in to the Original account, I recommend resetting your password by clicking on the forgot password and click on submit. Once you submit you will get a link to reset your password to your email address.
After signing into your account please navigate to your profile section and check whether the email address and username associated in the account are updated or not. If the email address and username are not updated, I recommend updating your email address and username in the Profile section.
