Job Specific Inventory

I am trying to complete my Job Specific Inventory (JSI) in my application with Powerschools United Talent Candidate Assessment (www.teachermatch.org) with Miami-Dade County Public Schools.  It is allowing me to answer the 1st question (without a timer for the session - one never shows up) but when I click next to advance to the 2nd question, nothing happens.  It will not allow me to advance to the 2nd question.  Please help.  This is all I need to do in order to complete my application.
