A common reason that may cause you to have to refill your information all over when applying for a job would be that your browser has accumulated cache and cookie data which might cause it to load a cached version of the application page instead of the live version.
I recommend clearing the cache and cookies on your browser or try a separate browser to access the application portal. Our article on clearing cache should be able to provide more information.
