I would recommend that Lisa should try to clear the cache and cookies or switch the browser and try to upload the document again and check the attachment section.
If she is receiving a specific error message please share a screenshot of the same so that we can have a look at it.
Please note that files should not exceed 10MB and should not contain special characters, spaces, commas, or apostrophes. Attachments should be one of the following file types: PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, RTF, TIF, JPG, GIF, or PNG.
