TalentEd - Save Search Results by URL

I would like to be able to enter a search term to narrow the job listings, and then come directly to those results at a later time by saving the URL. I am able to do this on many other sites with a built-in search function—the URL becomes something like "site.com/search?q=terms" 

This would be helpful for directing other people to jobs within my department or school, rather than directing them to all the jobs in the entire district and hoping they narrow the results correctly themselves.

Currently, the feature to enter the search term to narrow the job listings and to save the URL for the future search is not built into the PowerSchool Unified Talent, however, we have submitted a feature request to the Product team to include the feature in the Unified Talent.
