Student Teaching Experience on Application

I am filling out an application for a job at a local school district. It is asking for the email of the teachers I student taught with. I know one of my teachers died a couple of years ago and the other retired. I student taught in 2005. It won't let me continue until I put an email in. How do I override this so I can continue?
