Form Saving

An employee reported that an evaluation form she was working on (not completed) did not save any of the information she had entered. When she returned to the form the next day, it was blank.  Thoughts on what happened?

There are a few common reasons listed below which result in the form not to save the information entered:

  1. When a form is edited and updated while the staff is working on a form that is not yet saved.
  2. When a form is published it will update the form and clear out the data yet not saved\stored.
  3. Otherwise, there may be a chance an employee did not click the button fully.
  4. It might be the reason for having some server storage issues around that same time causing districts all around to clear their cache to get in or view the system.

I recommend clearing the cache to prevent lagging not allowing the change.
