UC Assignment Issue

Dear All, Please note that we are not able to edit assignment under categories or save any changes or create any new assignment even the current categories when we edit the assignment doesn't show any data such as points , publish ...etc please see the attachment , this issue is across all the teachers and schools This is very critical to fix it ASAP
