Same here! I just got off the phone with them. This is a known issue. Updates are being posted on the PowerSchool Status page.
My guess with everyone relying solely on the Unified Classroom, Class Pages and PowerSchool Learning the servers are getting slammed. Hopefully they are able to add more resources to meet the needs.
The slowness has been a real drain on what we are trying to do. We got a few teacher moved to Schoology (which is fantastic and is way more unified then anything in PSUC) unfortunalet we didnt have enought time to move all staff over
Same here, I'm dealing with a staff of frustrated teachers (not to mention the students and parents) just trying to connect with their students. Since this is our LMS for the time being (we've also chosen to move to Schoology next school year), it's hard to keep telling them that they're investigating it.
It's bad...this is our first day of distance learning and it is not going well. It was terrible around 8am easter, improved around 9am for about two hours...now its back to being extrememly slow again and that dang cat wont go away.
No Schoology is amazing. I would suggest getting your resources invested in it quickly. It is night and day. The grade passback to PTP and PowerSchool app in Schoology is way better then anything we have experienced in UC
