Our teachers cannot mass enroll student recommendations for students in their classes. They can make individual recommendations through the student ID icon, but they can't go through the Unified classroom recommendations link because the course catalog does not show up. Anyone else having this issue? It would help to know why the course catalog shows up in one spot but not another.
To assist you further, would you please make sure that you have courses available and marked to be Scheduled? Do you have the Schedule Year setup in Scheduler and do the teachers see that year on the recommendation page?
To assist you further, would you please let us know if you are receiving the following error, '"There are no courses available for the selected year."? If yes, this is due to "Schedule This Course" has not been checked in PowerScheduler for the upcoming years active courses. As a work around, you should be able to navigate as Start Page > PowerScheduler > Courses and mark the appropriate courses to be scheduled by checking the box, "Schedule This Course". Alternatively to populate en masse, navigate to Start Page > PowerScheduler > Functions > Auto Fill Course Information and choose Yes from the drop-down for "Schedule This Course."
Note: This must be completed for all the courses in PowerScheduler for the year before recommendations can be available in PowerTeacher.
