Creating Parent Account Issues

Having an issue with parents who have never signed into PowerSchool but yet when they try to create an account the system says that their email is already associated with the student and they are not able to register.

Did you enable auto account creation in the Unified Classroom settings in PowerSchool?  Also check the Admin Portal in the Unified Classroom - and look at your user list to see if they are enabled there.
