UCTeacher: Copy a Template Class to an active SIS class?

We would like to be able to create a template class, and then copy its content from year-to-year / section to section, to our classes that have been synced from PowerSchool SIS.  As far as I can see, my only option is to copy the Template class to a new blank class that is a standalone Learning (Class Pages) class.  Is that correct?

Thank you for participating in the PowerSchool Community!

I recommend reviewing the articles listed below to walk through the steps of transitioning classes (templates) from one semester to another semester.

What is the best way to transition my classes from one term to the next?

How do I close my classes at the end of the term or school year and create new ones for the next yea...
