UC Teacher: Hybrid Teacher/Staff User Left Nav should contain Staff Links in UC Admin


For a hybrid Teacher/Staff User in UC Admin, they should see Staff Links when they are in UC Admin, but instead, they see Teacher links.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login to UC Admin with a hybrid Teacher/Staff User
  2. Look at the nav items

Previous Behavior:

User sees these Primary Links (and their sub menu items):

  • Students, Communication, Class Pages, Library, Grading, Analysis, Calendar, Quick Links

Behaviour Post Release

User should see these Primary Links (and their sub menu items):

Calendar, System Administration, School Admin, Communication, Library, Quick Links, Setup.
