How to access and understand Grading Reports available within Unified Classroom
Multiple Reports are available in Unified Classroom to enhance the Teacher experience. This article is intended to provide some information about how to access and utilize them.
Log into Unified Classroom with a Teacher Account and click on Analysis > Reports from the left-hand navigation Menu to access the Grading Reports derived from the information within the Scoresheet.
Individual Student Report
Use this Report to view or print a summary of the Class activity per student including Final Grades and Attendance. It can be presented to Students, Parents, and Principals for update or review purposes.
The Criteria tab allows you to indicate which Classes, which data, and which Term you would like to appear on the Report. There are also sorting and filtering options available.
The Students tab allows you to indicate which Students you would like to appear on the Report. The maximum number of Students allowed is 100.
The Format tab allows you to specify options such as page orientation, output (PDF), notes and signature lines.
Use this Report to view or print a list of Students and information related specifically to Assignments such as Scores, Comments, and Categories.
This can be used to find Missing, Late, or Incomplete Assignments, to help Students and Parents keep up with Class work, to target Students who need extra help, or to gauge which Assignments present the most challenges to Students.
The tabs are the same and have similar options to those on the Individual Student Report.
Use this Report to print a copy of the Scoresheet page including Final Grades and Assignment scores.
The Criteria tab has options to select which Classes, which Term and/or date range you would like to appear on the Report. There is also a sorting option.
The Students and Format tab options are similar to the Individual Student Report. The output options are PDF or Excel.
Use this Report to view or print Demographic Information by Class. This Report can help to keep track of money collected for classroom field trips, or as an emergency contact list.
The Criteria tab allows you to indicate which Classes you would like to appear on the Report. You can customize the Report by adding blank columns in the Display area (the Report retains the information you entered last).
The Students and Format tab options are similar to the Scoresheet Report
