Answer

Once PowerSchool receives the signed quote and the service is officially booked:

 

  1. A project will be created in the system.
  2. A dedicated Project Manager will be assigned to oversee the engagement.
  3. The Primary Contact listed on the quote will receive a survey to help initiate scheduling and coordinate next steps with the Project Manager.

To view project details—including project status and your assigned Project Manager:

 

  1. Log in to PowerSchool Community
  2. Navigate to the Customer Connect tab
  3. Select Services
