We are not satisfied with our current trainer or consulting representative. Who should we contact to request a replacement?

To request a change in your trainer or consulting representative, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager, who will be happy to assist you with the next steps. To contact Customer Success, use the PowerSchool Assistant. This is the best path to find answers and create a Success case to connect with the team. If you're already in the Assistant, continue the conversation and you will get an option to contact our Success team.
