Bug | Description |
Admin - Archive Templates | Previously, When a template is published but unused, the option to archive it for possible future use was not visible. This issue has been resolved. |
Admin - Form Approvals | In some cases, users such as principals or admins could not approve forms via the approvals tab and only saw the option to override, which did not yield results. This issue is now resolved, restoring the ability for users to approve form responses. |
Admin - Manual Payment | When the admin enters a manual payment and clicks “The following amount will be added to this form's reports," the transactions do not appear in reporting until the response version is re-synched. This issue has been resolved. |
Admin - Reports | In some cases, reports created with custom filters intended to exclude archived forms were ineffective. The system mistakenly classified archived forms as closed and included them in reports. This issue is now resolved. |
Parent - Form Submission |
When a parent answered 'No' to the Yes/No question that should skip past student questions, but the toggle to require a ticket item was On, they were prompted to purchase a ticket. This issue has been resolved. |
Parent - Form Summary and Review | When submitting the custom form with an integrated data field, the Form Summary and Review screen displayed the integrated data question, but the answer showed “no answer.” This issue has been resolved. |
