Bug Fixes

 

Bug Description
Admin - Archive Process Template The Archive option is disabled when processes are in progress. Previously, this confused admins. To clarify this issue, a tooltip has been introduced stating, “Process templates may only be archived if all processes are complete or archived”. This aims to inform admins about the conditions under which the archive action can be performed.
Admin - Form Editor When the admin duplicated a form, the "Questions About Each Child" section did not transfer to the new form. This issue has been resolved.

Admin - Preview Process

Previously, when an admin previewed a process template, it displayed more steps than existed. This issue is now resolved.

Admin - Form Templates

When the admin attempted to enable the “Yes/No Per Student” toggle in the template editor, it did not save properly after publishing and remained disabled. This issue has been resolved.

Parent - Form Attachments

PDF attachments added in the public organizer question section were causing errors for parents attempting to view them. This issue has been resolved.

Admin - OneRoster sync

Previously, the OneRoster sync occasionally failed due to unexpected errors. This issue has been resolved by implementing performance improvements to OneRoster sync.
