We’re excited to announce that the Permission Click 25.8.0.0 release is targeted for deployment on 08/07/2025. A separate communication will be posted once the release is deployed.

Bug	Description
Admin - Access and Visibility	When an admin adds a new rule to grant user permissions and clicks save, the selected users in Access and Visibility do not display under selected items in the Form Manager. This issue has been resolved.
Admin - Approval History	Previously, when an admin accessed an approved form and referred to the approval history tab in the form manager, they may occasionally see a message indicating no approval history to display for this item. This issue has been resolved.
Admin - Form Editor	The primary toggle for files in the form editor was not functioning correctly, remaining off even when activated. This issue has been resolved.
Admin - Form Manager	When a published form received responses and underwent revisions with updated answers to additional questions, the form manager did not display the new questions or answers. This issue has been resolved.
Admin - Form Templates	When admins attempt to delete an unused template, clicking the delete button has no effect, and the template remains. This issue has been resolved.
Admin - Guardian Roster	When the admin attempted to access the Guardian tab from Admin > Roster, if the roster file included an active guardian with an inactive student, the Guardian page would not load. This issue has been resolved.
Admin - Roster Students	When the admin attempted to roster students using Form Manager - Recipients Manager, the roster sometimes failed to import all records. A few records remained marked as ready to roster. This issue has now been resolved.
Parent - Form Submission	Intermittently, when submitting a form, if parents answered a question and quickly clicked Next, it would trigger an error message, even though no data was lost. This issue has been resolved.
Admin - Response Reminders	When an admin selects “remind all unfinished” to send reminders for responses in progress, clicking the option results in an unexpected error. This issue has been resolved.
