Admin - Archive Template

An issue was identified where, after selecting the Archive option following the publication of a draft template, the template remained in Edit mode. This issue has now been resolved. |
Admin - Approval |
Previously, When the admin accessed the response PDF attached via the approvals tab, it appeared very small and unreadable, with no clear option to zoom in. This issue has now been resolved. |
Admin - Bulk Download |
When the admin attempted to bulk download the form, the process failed if the attendee's last name included a trailing space. This issue has now been resolved.

Admin - Edit Form Information |
When the admin edited a form and added additional information, the updated details were not appearing under Form Details in the Form Manager after the form was published. This issue has now been resolved.

Admin - Form Editor - Response Checklist |
Intermittently, there were instances when new response checklist questions added by the admin in the Form Editor were not saving correctly. This issue has now been resolved.

Admin - Form Editor - Upload |
When the admin attempted to add upload fields in the internal organizer and/or the public question section of the form editor, changes were not saving correctly. This issue has now been resolved.

Admin - Sync Response |
Previously, internal form responses from staff were not syncing properly. This issue has now been resolved.

Previously, when an admin edited a draft form and subsequently reloaded it, the information would vanish upon reopening the form. This issue has now been resolved. It’s possible some admin users may need to clear their cache and clear their cookies in order to see the effects of this issue resolution. |

When an admin adds a link or URL to a question within a form and selects the option to open it in a new tab, the link should ideally open in a new tab. However, there was an issue where, despite the option being checked, the link would open in the same window, causing the user to navigate away from the response. This issue has now been resolved, and the default option has been changed to always open in a new tab. |
