Bug | Description |
Admin - Form Duplication
|
When an admin duplicated any form and updated the content within the Form Information section, they encountered an issue where, upon saving the form using "Save and Exit", the content in the Form Information section was removed when they navigated back to the form. This issue has now been resolved. |
Admin - Form Images |
Previously, while creating a form, images attached to tickets were not displayed during the preview phase, as well as in the form details tab of the form manager or the form itself. Additionally, administrators faced challenges in uploading or updating images in the form details tab within the form manager. All these issues have now been resolved. |
Admin - Form Manager |
Earlier, event organizers faced challenges in rostering from previous forms, except when accessing the initial form manager screen immediately after creation. This issue has now been resolved. |
Admin - Login |
Intermittently, a few district administrators encountered login issues. This issue has now been resolved. |
Admin - Report Email Notification |
When a user generated a report with the option to receive it via email, the “Review Request” link included in the email directed them to a "Page not found" error. This issue has now been resolved. |
Admin - Scheduled Reports |
When administrators created a new report or edited an existing one and clicked on publish, the “Post copy to FTP” toggle within the Report Schedules was incorrectly turned off. This issue has now been resolved. |
Admin - User Management |
Previously, the admins were unable to see deleted accounts to re-activate them in the User Management. Furthermore, when attempting to create a new profile with the same email address, they encountered a message indicating that the email was already in use, yet they could not reactivate. Both issues have now been resolved. |
