Admin - Approvals |
When an admin rejects the initial form response and a revised submission is made, they encounter an issue where the approval cannot be accessed through the Approvals tab. Instead, an error appears when attempting to access it. This issue is now resolved. |
Admin - Deposit Report |
Intermittently, Admins encountered an issue where the deposit report was missing a deposit. This has been resolved now. |
Admin - Forced Log-in

Previously, when Admin created a form or template, they were intermittently prompted to re-authenticate, disrupting the form or template creation process. This issue has now been resolved, and Admins will no longer be randomly prompted to log in again. |
Admin - Form Tickets | Previously, when an admin duplicated a ticket while building a form, the system would occasionally create two duplicates instead of one and would not let user delete the extra duplicate. Additionally, if a user added inventory to a ticket and then refreshed the page, the inventory number would reset. Both issues have now been resolved. |
Admin - Print Form | Previously, When a form contained conditional or repeatable questions, they were not displayed in the printed form after selecting the "Print Form” option. Instead, the system showed an erroneous code in the printed form. This behavior has been corrected, ensuring that all conditional and repeatable questions are now included in the printed form. |
Admin - Reports | When the administrator created a custom form featuring a response workflow that included a conditional step based on a Yes/No question, and approved each step by adding approval comments, the comments did not show up in the Master Response List report. This issue has now been resolved. |
