I can't send instant alerts to any new student families. The lists don't seem to have updated.
If you have admin access to SchoolMessenger are using the old Schoolmessenger UI you can go to the ADMIN tab and select IMPORTS.
If you are on the new Schoolmessenger UI the imports are located under MANAGE menu.
From here you can see the date of the most recent file. IF that date isn't on or close to the current date there may be an issue with your connection. The first place I usually check is the remote connection manager to make sure the connection to Powerschool is still working as expected.
Again, assuming you have access of you go to the plugins console and search for Remote Connection Manager (/admin/pluginconsole/plugInConsole.action)
Here you can see all of your connections and test them as needed. If the connection is broken you may need to update the fingerprint or reach out to support for further assistance.
