Are you trying to submit payment on an online form?
Are you on the Smart Tuition page of your form?
If you see an error message, move to previous pages using the back button on the form. See if any information entered for “financial responsibility” might trigger the error. The most common issue is when a phone number does not match the format xxx-xxx-xxxx.
The Smart Tuition Page does not make an immediate payment. The data entered updates or creates a new account in the Smart Tuition system and sets up future tuition payments.
