Problem Syncing

For the last two months we have been getting a problem syncing when we open up the app. We have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. Logging out and logging in. We have logged in on the desktop. We get the same error message every time.

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties syncing the PowerSchool Mobile app.  Since you already tried reinstalling the app, I would recommend reaching out to the PowerSchool Mobile Support team to assist troubleshooting with the syncing and your device.  A case can be created with the PowerSchool Mobile team by emailing mobile.support@powerschool.com.
