PowerTeacher Mobile App

Hi all!


Teachers are having trouble accessing the 2019-2020 classes when they log into PowerTeacher on their mobile app. They see the previous year, but cannot see their new homeroom roster because the new year isn't loading on the mobile app. The 19-20 homerooms show fine on the computer. Please help!
