Password Problems


Password Problems

I have been requesting my username for days.
I am 100% positive that I am providing the correct email but am receiving nothing, not even in junk mail.
I called my child's school and they are no help.
Is anyone else having this problem?

Parents can reset their password through the website as long as the district has enabled this feature

If the problem still persists then you can contact your child's school for further assistance. You can also check with your school to determine the correct capitalization.
