I've tried logging on through the ap and my laptop. I cannot add my son. Everything I see says to go to "Account Preferences". I don't have this option...all I have are settings. I'm wondering if somehow I don't have a parent account but maybe a student account?!?!?! But I've tried loggig out and seeing if I could "re-sign up" but there is no option for student portal vs parent portal. Any help would be most appreciated.

The school district can choose the features that are available within the parent web portal. If you are unable to access the Account Preferences option, I recommend reaching out to your child's school to request the child is added to your account by the school or to inquire on having the feature within the parent portal.
