We use OneLogin as our single sign on solution for students, parents and teacher to login to PowerSchool. This works fine on a computer, but cannot work with the PowerSchool Mobile app. After installing the mobile app (iOS) and entering our server address, we get the "oops! Something went wrong - redirect_uri did not match any client's_redirect_uris". I assume that is because the mobile app doesn't like our re-direct to onelogin to login to PowerSchool.
I see the PowerSchool and OneLogin have a partnership (https://www.onelogin.com/partners/technology-partners/powerschool) but does this partnership extend to the mobile app?
Our school parents are frustrated that they cannot use the mobile app to access our PowerSchool. As tech director I have to tell them that the PowerSchool app is not compatible with OneLogin. Am I wrong?
