I'm trying to create my parent account so that I can access the mobile app. The top of the page says PowerSchool SIS.
I have my parent access ID and password from the district, I have only one registered child, and I am the primary contact in the system.
When I try to click to submit the form, and all of the available fields are filled in, I get back the error message "You must enter all required values"
What do I do? It doesn't tell me what I'm missing and everything I can see is completed. The school district says I have to contact PowerSchool for help.
Generally, when a form does not submit, it can be because of a required field that is missing information or a field that has information entered in an invalid format.
I suggest making sure that all required fields are filled with information in the correct format. Some commonly overlooked fields are contact information fields such as phone number, phone type, e-mail address, and medical Information fields. Please make sure that the phone number information is entered in the same format as required by the form, verify that phone types are not overlapping.
Should there be medical information required by the school on the enrollment form, please provide accurate information on medicine name, dosage, the time given, and whether or not it is to be taken during school.

Thank you. I have looked, there are no blank fields. The only field that has any formatting is email and I have double checked that it is correct. I don't know what else to try. There aren't that many fields to begin with so I don't know what I'm supposedly not completing. Is there some kind of tech support available from PowerSchool? s
