I get an error when trying to do this at my District Office: 

HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error

I have followed the video, from District Office>District Management>Post Secondary Plans>Graduation Plans for Schools.

What am I doing wrong?  I am the sys admin for our instance of PS.
