Why am I not able to sign in on my mobile app to see my child's information but I can sign in on the web with the same username and password I am trying? It's really frustrating I have had this issue for a while.
There can be many reasons why you cannot see information on the app versus the web page. It can be that you have to update your up. You haven't synced your data in a bit, you are not in the appropriate marking term to see grades.
You do not indicate if you receive any type of error message when you log into the app.
Are you the PowerSchool administrator or a parent? If you are the parent, you should contact the PowerSchool admin for your school district. They need to make sure they have certain things set up in order for parents to see student information in the mobile app.
