My PowerSchool app is on version 2.6.0 (15 b). My wife's powerschool app is on 2.9. My apps are up to date from an App Store perspective and I can't see a way inside the PowerSchool app to manually update it. Is there a way to force it to update with out completely removing it and re-installing it?

If you are unable to update the App from the App Store, then you will have to uninstall and reinstall the App to update it to the current version. If the issue still persists after reinstalling the App, I recommend reaching out to your school to allow the IT Department or Admin to look into the mobile App further. If further assistance is needed, the district's Admin can reach out to PowerSchool SIS Support.
