Powerschool app question

Powerschool app question

Hello,

 

We have students that are logging into their Powerschool app on their phones, and it shows only second semester classes. Also, there is no option at the top to switch the term. This is the same issue on their computers as well when they log into Powerschool there. But all is good on my administrator account. Any help?

It's not really an app issue if it's doing the same thing on the parent portal. One thing to check is the Quick Lookup Preferences to see if your first term is selected. It retains the current value during EOY of was probably checked to show the last term of 2018-2019.
