Trying to open up the PowerSchool parent site on my iPhone and it has me enter the district code which I have checked so many times to be sure it’s correct, that I can’t count. It keeps saying invalid. What is going on?
The school district might have the mobile app disabled. I would recommend contacting the PowerSchool admin for either your district or school to see if it's disabled on their end.
Access to the PowerSchool Mobile app and Parent Portal can be enabled and disabled by the district. We recommend reaching out to the district to report your issue and acquire further information.
