I cannot login on the PowerSchool parent portal. I have tried resetting my password but never received the email. Even created a new account after that was Sufi from school administration and never received that email. I’ve attempted this from my phone, iPad and desktop all with the same results. What else can I do?
Try checking your Spam/Junk folder for the password reset email. If you are unable to locate the email to reset your password, contact the school or district to further troubleshoot. For security reasons, PowerSchool is unable to view your account settings.
