Has anyone had any issues with Parents not getting the most current grades through the PowerSchool App? For some reason I have gotten a lot of people sending me screenshots and telling me the app is not up to date with grades like PowerSchool website.
I have seen that happen when the Active Term or Parent/Student Access term is not set correctly.
As @CindyM8 mentioned, you will want to make sure the correct term is selected in PS.
Pick a school > School Setup > Parent/Student Access ... Make sure the Term is correct

Pick a school > School Setup > Quick Lookup Preferences > Make sure the correct terms are checked.
