We have a few parents that when they log in to the Power School App that they are unable to see balances, attendance etc. It says the school has disabled. Everything looks good in power school so unsure how to fix as I am just taking over this position and hoping for some guidance. It loads and looks just fine when logged in through our district website on a desktop just not on mobile. Any idea how to fix?
