I have a parent that is not able to use the email feature on the mobile App. He says that he can enter a Subject, but the arrow (in the upper right corner) to send remains greyed out. He told me that the App on his wife's phone works fine when sending an email. He deleted the App and reinstalled. His mail client is Outlook.
Does anyone have any advice on what steps can be taken to troubleshoot why a mobile phone (iPhone) will not send an email using the PowerSchool Mobile App?
My hunch it probably only works if you are using the default iOS Mail app and not other email apps. (Though that may change with iOS 14 and you can pick other mail apps (Outlook, Gmail, etc.) as your default email client.
