I'm on the App iOS v2.8 and am getting this error messsage: Can't connect to Mobile Cloud.
Before opening a ticket with support, I wanted to see if anyone is having the same issue?
We're an iPad school. Our students need to be able to access PS on their ipad.

No resolution yet! I did find that students that log-out then back-in experience the error message. Those that are logged-in already (are good, of course)!
Same here. Parents/Students are complaining of the same issue.
I'm a parent and can't get into the PowerSchool app on my Iphone. I receive the same message -"Cannot Connect to Mobile Cloud" - when I try to put in my child's disctrict code.
Any word on a resolution?

The work around, as some of you may know, is to use the browser to log-in to the parent/student portal. We directed our students to use any browser to log-on and they were able to access their account.

I did open a ticket with PS suppport and it was escalated to higher levels so they may be aware.

We have notified our constituents to use the website as a workaround. I assume it's something with the most recent iOS app update.
