I have a power school app on my phone for my daughter’s old school. We just moved to a new state. How do I delete the old account and start a new one for her new school?

Hi @slwalter,

In order to deactivate or delete your Parent Portal account, you will want to contact your old school district who should be able to help you with the same.  Similarly, to access your student's information at the new school district your district will have to provide you with a new parent portal account access.
