When logging into the Public Portal - the mobile app displays the current year while the web portal contains last years information.
Where are the settings to update the web portal to the current (2019-2020) year?
We are having the same issue. PS asked that we reset the server. We did reset but no change.
We are abandoning the app and using the webpage. It seems that it has not had an update in 3 years!

The Parent Portal's access year is controlled at the School level under the Parent/Student Access page. To correct this issue, you'll want to perform the following steps:
Switch to an affected school
Navigate to Start Page > School (under Setup) > Parent/Student Access
Change the Parent/Student Access Term to 19-20
Click Submit
Repeat for each school in your district that is affected
After the nightly process, the Parent Portal should advance to the next year. If it doesn't, I would recommend reaching out to the PowerSchool SIS Support Team.
Changing the "Default Years Before Term" in the Parent/Student Access screen for CIS-AJ school DID NOT resolve the issue of last years information showing in the web portal for the student/parent.
Once again --- the information is displaying correctly in the MOBILE APP but the web portal is displaying last year's information.
And it is our mobile app that is appearing correclty. The web portal is not. But we will do as Scott suggested and see if it is corrected during the nightly processes.
