Login not working on one device

I am not able to go further then finding my district code on my main device however on my second device i was able to login to my powerschool account past finding my district code

More information: I have used powerschool on my personal device before but while regestrating this year after i get my district code it asks if my school is in canada which i press no and nothing happens. On my other device after it asking if my school is in canada i press no and it brings me to my login.

To better understand the issue, would you please confirm are you signing in through the school’s web portal or by using the PowerSchool Mobile App?  Is the main device a desktop or a mobile?
