I'm New here

Hello
I'm not sure if I am doing this right But here goes nothing.
We are new to KHS this year. I have the power school App. And just today stopped working. It says it has No internet connection. Which yes I do. I've signed in and out and In again to my internet & Uninstalled and ReInstalled the App. And the same issue.
Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone know of a Solution?

Since you have mentioned that you have tried all the troubleshooting steps and still unable to login to PowerSchool mobile app. I would suggest you reach out to your school district who should be able to resolve your concern.

 

Alternatively, you could also reach out to the PowerSchool mobile support team at mobilesupport@powerschool, they should be able to help you resolve your access.
